Where is Smoke Show located?

Topeka is home but we love to travel too! The studio is located just 1 hour from Kansas City and Manhattan and about 2 hours from Wichita. It’s just down the street from Washburn University and sits right across from Fuzzy’s Tacos on 17th Street.

What is the BoudieBank and can I do a payment plan?

The BoudieBank is in place for you to receive Bonuses when you pre-purchase a Collection or set up a pre-session payment plan for the Collection you are most interested in. All clients are offered the opportunity to participate and payments can be broken down weekly, bi-weekly or monthly for up to 24 payments or 12 months prior to your session!

Are any images included in the session fee?

All images and printed products are sold separately from the session fee. This is done so that you get to choose the images you love the most and the products that fit your tastes and lifestyle. It’s the best way to make sure your session is completely customized for you.

I’ve never been a model. Will the images still look good?

ABSOLUTELY! Most women who come into the studio have never modeled or had a session in the past. My job is to make you look and feel amazing and all you have to do is relax and have fun. I only ask that you have confidence in me. I’ll walk you through every pose and if needed, I have multiple tools to help you knock it out of the park!

How revealing will my session be?

It’s totally up to you! You are completely in control of how exposed or modest you would like to be. I always ask prior to the session what you are comfortable with and you can change your mind on this at any time. The options vary so greatly that you can shoot in your favorite sexy pj’s, distressed jeans, and a t-shirt or bare-it all! The most important thing to make your images spectacular is to make sure you are comfortable.

Do you edit all of my images?

After your session, I review each and every image in detail and select the best of the best from your session. Once you have picked out your favorites, Smoke Show’s Signature Processing is applied to them to make sure your images are FIRE! I always remove pimples, bruises, scratches, etc. and I do offer additional retouching services, at no cost, on things like light nip-tucking, cellulite, stretch marks, and scars but that decision is totally up to you!

Are you going to share my images?

I LOVE sharing all of the beautiful images that I have shot but your privacy is the highest priority to me! I will go over the model release with you in detail, outlining how you want your images handled. The options vary but if you don’t want them shared, that will be respected.

When should I book my session?

The studio is currently booking 3-6 months in advance of the session date, if not more, and booking at least 12 weeks in advance of a specific date you need images for is highly recommended. For example, if your anniversary is in May, it would be best to book your session in February. Most Christmas sessions are booked in September and Valentine’s sessions are best done in November. My calendar fills up fast so you’ll want to grab a date quickly so you don’t miss any important deadlines. I can rush order products at an additional cost but I would much rather your experience be stress-free.
